Domestic Travel Package Terms & Conditions

  1. Please note that these Flight Terms & Conditions relating to the Domestic Travel Package are in addition to our Package Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Flight Terms & Conditions and our Package Terms & Conditions, then the Flight Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
  2. You agree that the Carrier of the aircraft, being Ural Airlines, carries you subject to the Carrier’s Conditions of Carriage. These Conditions of Carriage are incorporated into these Flight Terms & Conditions by reference and you confirm you have read and accept.
  3. You agree that the Carrier may:
    • refuse to carry or remove en route or restrain if appropriate you and/or your baggage where in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, the Carrier decides that:
      • such action is necessary for reasons of safety;
      • such action is necessary in order to comply with any applicable laws regulations or orders of any state or country to be flown from, into or over;
      • the conduct, status, age or mental or physical condition of the you is such as to:
        • require special assistance of the Carrier;
        • cause discomfort or make himself objectionable to other passengers, or
        • involved any hazard or risk to yourself or other persons or to property;
      • such action is necessary because you have failed to observe the instructions of the Carrier;
      • you have failed to submit to or pass any security check;
      • your baggage has not been cleared by all appropriate baggage screening checks;
      • you cannot prove that you are the person named on your ticket.
  1. If (due to no fault of ours) you fail to arrive at the specific check-in point at the airport of departure, and the flight departs without you, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our obligation to you, and neither us nor the Carrier shall have any liability to you in this regard.
  2. Neither us nor the Carrier shall be liable to you for any failure to perform obligations relating to the flight arising from any circumstances beyond our or Carrier’s reasonable control including (without limitation) labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, war, hostilities, insurrections, civil commotion or rebellion, (whether war be declared or not) seizure, sanctions, quarantine restrictions, unusually severe weather, acts of God, governmental restraints, and upon the occurrence of any one or more of the events set out above in this sub-clause or if the Carrier shall in its discretion consider that for any reason the flight or the aircraft or its passengers are in danger or at any risk, it may terminate without notice the flight affected in any way by such event provided always that in the event of such failure we shall use reasonable endeavors to fulfill the flight.
  3. All carriage under these Flight Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the rules relating to liability established by the the Carrier’s Conditions of Carriage and applicable laws and regulations (which provisions shall govern and determine the rights and liabilities of the parties to such carriage. Except as expressly provided in the Carrier’s Conditions of Carriage neither us nor the Carrier accept any liability whatsoever for damages for death, injury or delay of passengers or loss, damage destruction or delay to any baggage, package or cargo.
  4. If the Carrier is unable to perform or complete any flight, journey or service, we shall be under no obligation or liability to you beyond the refund of the sum paid for that uncompleted or unperformed part of the flight, journey or service concerned to the extent we are able to recover the same from the Carrier.

  3. You agree that the Carrier may:
    • refuse to carry or remove en route or restrain if appropriate you and/or your baggage where in the exercise of its reasonable discretion, the Carrier decides that:
      • such action is necessary for reasons of safety;
      • such action is necessary in order to comply with any applicable laws regulations or orders of any state or country to be flown from, into or over;
      • the conduct, status, age or mental or physical condition of the you is such as to:
        • require special assistance of the Carrier;
        • cause discomfort or make himself objectionable to other passengers, or
