Mohamed Toure grabbed the headlines with his double in Norwich City’s fine 4-1 triumph over Burnley in England’s Championship on Saturday.
Toure was outstanding with two goals inside the opening 25 minutes, helping the Canaries race to a 3-0 lead.
The Socceroo has three goals and an assist in four games already this campaign.
He scored in the second minute after a defensive error from a forward ball, showing composure to slot home. Toure was alert to make it 3-0 with a close-range finish from a corner.
Lucas Herrington earned another good rating for his 30-minute display as a 59th minute substitute in Hull City’s 1-0 win at Coventry City in the Premier League.

Riley McGree made a rare start following his injury troubles, getting through 69 minutes in Middlesbrough’s 3-1 win over West Brom.
Teesside Live rated McGree 6/10 and wrote: “Great to see McGree back on the pitch. He was one of Boro’s brighter players in the first half, albeit accepting after that he was partly responsible for not getting the press right.
“What he offers in possession, and the clever way he can use the ball quickly, like he did to give it to Whittaker for the first, highlights why he’s important.”
Cristian Volpato made it two goals in three games, netting in Sassuolo’s 2-1 victory over Torino in Italy’s Serie A.
Volpato opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, lashing home an excellent left-foot strike from outside the box on a sweeping move.
Paul Okon-Engstler earned praise after making his German Bundesliga debut for FC Koln in an impressive 3-2 win over last season’s top-five side Hoffenheim.
Okon-Engstler who made a brief debut cameo in the DFB-Pokal last weekend, started in the league, playing 65 minutes in a strong debut.
Koln boss Rene Wagner said: “He has many qualities with the ball that help us gain control of games.
“He’s a player with a lot of stamina who can track those deep runs, and that’s what we expected of him. Paul will continue to work hard and then we’ll see how we can tackle the next matches together.”

Sapsford scored from the penalty spot in the 36th minute, tucking an impressive spotkick out of reach of the Killie keeper.

Cammy Devlin put in a full shift for Rangers in a 1-0 victory away to Aberdeen, earning rave reviews for arguably his best performance since joining the Scottish giants.
Glasgow World rated him 8/10 and wrote: “An impressive display in the middle of the park, reading the danger well before it could develop and disrupting Aberdeen’s attempts to build momentum.
“His work off the ball was excellent, repeatedly breaking up attacks. Rangers will need more performances of this calibre from the Australian.”
Martin Boyle netted Hibernian’s opener in a 2-1 win away to Dundee. Boyle got in behind the Dundee defence, taking two touches as he got inside the box, before sidefooting home for 1-0. He was replaced in the 78th minute by Ante Suto.
