Australia youth international Tyrese Francois got minutes in the Premier League as Fulham drew 0-0 at Wolverhampton on Saturday.
The 22-year-old central midfielder, who was an unused substitute for Fulham’s season-opening 2-2 draw with Liverpool, was brought in the 92nd minute against Wolves.
Francois actually debuted in the Premier League for Fulham in the 2020-21 season, getting 15 minutes off the bench in their final game of that campaign.
Campbelltown-born Francois only made four appearances in all competitions last term for the Cottagers.
Denis Genreau was in action again in France’s Ligue 1, coming on as a 76th minute substitute in Toulouse’s 3-0 victory away to Troyes on Sunday.
Awer Mabil made his Spanish LaLiga debut for Cadiz in their 1-0 home loss to Real Sociedad on Sunday.
Mabil, who joined Cadiz from Danish club Midtjylland in the off-season, was a 46th minute substitute.
Jackson Irvine put in a full shift and Connor Metcalfe was an 81st minute substitute as St Pauli won 3-0 over Magdeburg in the German 2.Bundesliga on Sunday.

Bailey Wright was an 88th minute sub in Sunderland’s 2-2 draw with QPR, while Jacob Chapman was an unused substitute in Huddersfield’s 3-1 home win over Harry Souttar’s Stoke City.
Aziz Behich made his Scottish Premiership debut on Sunday but Dundee United were humbled 4-1 by Hearts.
Mark Birighitti had a tough shift in goal for United, while Behich was caught out for the first goal, with Cameron Devlin laying off the assist for Lawrence Shankland’s first-minute strike.
