Cristian Volpato was an unused substitute in Roma’s win over Spezia.
Alessandro Circati started and played 51 minutes as Parma drew 0-0 with Cagliari to crash out of the Serie B promotion playoffs with a 3-2 aggregate loss.
Fran Karacic’s Brescia were relegated from Serie B in midweek after losing their playout 2-1 on aggregate to Cosenza. Karacic put in a full shift in Thursday’s second leg.
