Matildas full-back Ellie Carpenter was among the goals as Olympique Lyon completed their final warm-up prior to the new French season with an 8-0 win over Vllaznia.
Carpenter scored Lyon’s seventh goal in the victory over the Albanian champions ahead of the opening round of the French Feminine Division 1.
Reigning champions Lyon will open their campaign on Friday against Fleury 91.

The English Women’s Super League commences next weekend, with Steph Catley, Kyra Cooney-Cross and Cailin Foord’s Arsenal up against Mary Fowler and Alanna Kennedy’s Manchester City.
Clare Hunt and Hayley Raso could make their Tottenham debuts when they face Crystal Palace after off-season transfers.
Elsewhere this weekend, Cortnee Vine was excused by North Carolina Courage who drew 1-1 with Bay FC in the USA’s NWSL. Charlotte McLean was an unused sub.
Mackenzie Arnold was in goal and played a full game in Portland Thorns’ 1-0 home defeat to Chicago Red Stars.
Arnold, however, was partly to blame for the Red Stars’ winner which came amid a defensive mix-up following a backpass.
The Matildas keeper raced off her line for a pass which arguably was meant for a teammate, allowing Ally Schlegel to swoop in and score into an unguarded net.
Emily van Egmond put in a full shift as San Diego Wave scored twice early to win 2-1 away to Utah Royals.
In Sweden’s Damallsvenskan, Remy Siemsen started and played 92 minutes but wasn’t among the goals in Kristianstad’s 4-1 home victory over AIK.
Clare Polkinghorne came off the bench in the 85th minute.
