Apostolos Stamatelopoulos scored his first goal for new club Motherwell as they won 2-1 over Hibernian, for whom Nectar Triantis was red carded.
Stamatelopoulos netted the opening goal in Saturday’s Scottish Premiership game from a 56th-minute set-play at a free-kick running ahead for a pass before rifling home at the near post.
Triantis, meanwhile, was sent off in the 77th minute for his second bookable offence after a lunge on Tony Watt in the midfield. Earlier, he’d been booked for simulation.
Triantis had started for Hibs along with Lewis Miller who put in a full shift.
Stamatelopoulos started and played 62 minutes, while Johnny Koutroumbis was an unused sub for ‘Well.
On Sunday, Joe Gauci was an unused sub for Aston Villa in their 0-0 draw with Manchester United in the English Premier League.
Massimo Luongo missed Ipswich Town’s 4-1 loss at West Ham United on Saturday with an ankle injury, while Cam Burgess wasn’t in the matchday squad.

Cristian Volpato scored a goal in Sassuolo’s 6-1 victory over Cittadella in the Italian Serie B on Saturday.
Volpato started the game and netted in the 55th minute with a left foot volley from a rebound to make it 2-1. He was replaced in the 65th minute as Sassuolo romped to victory.
Ajdin Hrustic was a 60th minute substitute in Salernitana’s 1-0 win at Palermo on Sunday.
Denis Genreau remained an unused substitute for Toulouse in a 2-1 defat to Lille in the French Ligue 1.

Harry Souttar played a full game and earned a 7/10 rating for a “commanding” performance in Sheffield United’s 2-0 victory over Luton Town in the English Championship.
The Yorkshire Post wrote: “A commanding centre-back display, even if Luton did not offer much going forward.”
Riley McGree came on as a 64th minute substitute in Middlesbrough’s 2-1 defeat to Watford.
McGree was rated 6/10 by Teesside Live who wrote: “Was the one sub who looked like making something happen having been taken out of the line-up to protect him after recently returning from injury.”
Alex Robertson started and played 84 minutes in Cardiff City’s 1-1 draw at Bristol City on Sunday.
Wales Online rated Robertson 7/10 and wrote: “Dictated the tempo of the play well in possession but positionally just let his opposite number wander once or twice. But he’s a superb addition to this midfield and his passing range makes a real difference.”
In the Croatian Prva HNL on Sunday, Anthony Kalik scored Hajduk Split’s third goal in a 4-0 victory over Sibenik.
Kalik, who started and played 72 minutes, made it 3-0 with a strike in the 62nd minute.
In the Korean K League 2, super-sub Peter Makrillos scored the winner for Suwon Bluewings in a 1-0 triumph over Anyang.
Makrillos came on in the 76th minute and netted the game’s only goal six minutes later.
